Returns

You have 30 days following delivery to return your order.

Please email returns@tigerpaws.uk to organise the return.

Your item(s) must be in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging. Any items not following these instructions will not be eligible for a refund.

You will be required to pay return postage unless the items were damaged on arrival, in which case photographic evidence will be required.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, please note it may take approximately 10-15 days for the funds to show in your bank account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, such as alternative sizes, within 30 days of receiving your order.
